More necessary than ever

Change management refers to the planned management of change processes in companies – from an initial state to a target state. In this context, the “management of change” encompasses all aspects of implementation.

The main task of is to intervene in the adjustment processes in a targeted and active, strategically clever, and effective manner. In successful change processes, the individual steps are planned, controlled, monitored, and stabilized strategically. Change management thus refers to the implementation of a strategic orientation using various methods, concepts and instruments.

Different Motivators
Change management is all the more necessary, the faster the environments of companies change. Particular dynamics arise from internationalization, globalization, dynamic technical change, legal requirements, social changes, changes in generational culture, ecological and economic changes.

The goal of transformation management can be to better cope with the increasing variety of rapidly changing tasks, prevent mergers, bankruptcies, and layoffs, better master increasing complexity, and gain competitive advantages.
