TÜV Rheinland Quality Management Training at ASMC in Russia

ASMC includes TÜV Rheinland Quality Management Training Courses.

According to the cooperation agreement between the federal governmental educational establishment of advanced and professional trainings “Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification ASMC” Russia and TÜV Rheinland Academy, ASMC now includes TÜV Rheinland training courses in the training program of the academy.

After harmonization the first training programs ASMC and TÜV Rheinland Academy will qualify in Russia experts in management systems that meet the requirements of both, international standards, Russian standards, and standards of the Customs Union. The benefit for the students is the opportunity to get an international certificate. After passing both, training and exam according the requirements of the international personnel certification body – PersCert TÜV – the graduates will recieve international certificates.

Starting 1/Dec/13 interested parties in Russia may register for the following pilot courses at ASMC:

  • Quality Representative
  • Quality Manager
  • Quality Auditor

Kalibrix: Authorized training partner in Russia

Kalibrix becomes TÜV Rheinland authorized training partner in Russia

pharma-kaluga-0TÜV Rheinland and Kalibrix will enter into a strategic alliance which will be processed by a new Business Partnership Model by TÜV Rheinland. Kalibrix thereby performs the role of the “TÜV Rheinland authorized training partner“.

Due to the success of the project “RIST” (Russian Industrial Skill Training”) Kalibrix will continue vocational education in Kaluga as an officially authorized Business Partner of TÜV Rheinland to start with training in

  • Pharmaceutical industry and GMP training,
  • Welding with TÜV Rheinland approved welding training center,
  • Automotive industry with degrees in mechatronics, coachbuilder, etc.

Furthermore, Kalibix will take over trainings as a specialist in measurement engineering and other technical topics in Kaluga, in order to supply training demands of localized automotive and pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, participants will be able to obtain an official Russian degree of qualification.

TÜV Rheinland Welder Training sets Standards in Russia

Modulare Welder Training for Construction Industry in Russia

On September 6, 2013 in Moscow Alexander Ishin, Vice President of the National Association of Builders, Valery Telichenko, Rector of the National Research University Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU), and Siegfried Schmauder, Executive Vice President Training & Consulting of TÜV Rheinland, signed the protocol on transfer of welder training program.

As part of the common pilot project “Vocational Training of Welders”, both sides agreed the transfer of the TÜV Rheinland training program. MGSU will translate and update it according to the needs of the Russian market, including the implementation of complementary methods of the Russian program corresponding to the requirements of the normative guidelines of NOSTROY.

Finally the National Association of Builders will give an expert witness regarding the completed material and realize the practical approbation in the Russian Federation on TÜV Rheinland authorized welding training centers.

During the stay in Moscow, the delegation of TÜV Rheinland met the management of MGSU and visited the training facilities.

Background information

2011 management boards of TÜV Rheinland and NOSTROY signed a Memorandum of Interest. Two working groups were originated: „Supervision“ (BS I) and „Training“ (BS T). According to current needs of the Russian market against the background of the reforms of the professional training in Russia at all, the group „Training“ focuses on training of construction machine and crane as well as welder training. „Vocational Training of Welders“ became the first project of this group. Finally, during a working meeting with representatives of NOSTROY and MGSU in Juni 2013 in Berlin, the Russian side had learned about the modular training program, visited training facilities of the Academy and talked to experts for welder training. After studying the program, they decided about the adoption to the Russian market.

ASMC and TÜV Rheinland Achieve an Agreement About Cooperation on the Russian market

ASMC, the federal governmental educational establishment of advanced and professional trainings “academy of standardization, metrology and certification ASMC” Russia, will include TÜV Rheinland training courses in the own training program.

TÜV Rheinland Academy decided a cooperation with ASMC. On 28th August 2012 a meeting between both companies took place in Moscow. TÜV Rheinland was represented by Mr. Lahner (CRO CEE) and Mr. Schmauder (EVP Training & Consulting). For ASMC the deputy director of Russian standardization authority Rosstandart, Mr. Petrosjan, was present. The aspects of a cooperation between TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH and the Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification ASMC have been discussed. During the following weeks, a cooperation agreement between the educational establishments has been achieved.

Both companies support the development of common training programs according to the Russian legal requirements. Furthermore, they support the implementation of common trainings and other measures, which are focused of the diffusion of common programs. For the realization, temporal working groups to topics like energy management, supervision, quality management and IT-security have been made.
